We are so excited to announce this upcoming season to you! This year in the life of Modern Sensibilities is going to mark a lot of exciting creative endeavors, and we are hoping to exceed expectations and take this year right over the top! However, we can't do that without YOUR help, so without any further ado, here is what is in store for this coming season:
        1. This year, we need a lot of help to pull off three successful productions! So we wanted to start with two fundraisers! A Very Modern Fundraiser will be a spooky night of music, comedy and kinship aimed at our adult audience, and then in December we will be taking the train back to the place where our story begins for A Very Sensible Fundraiser, an evening filled with witchcraft and wizardry and other such yuletide delights. This event is family friendly, bring your owl and your wand!
                     ~Performance for our adult fundraiser will be in late October 2019

        2.This Spring we will be taking on an abridged tale from Shakespeare about a powerful girl, pirates, swordfights, true love and shipwrecks. The Tale of Marina has been adapted by our dear friend Philip Frey from Shakespeare's Pericles and will be friendly for the whole family to enjoy!

        3. Summer brings us to the end of the world, where nuclear devastation has all but wiped out the human race, and people are not allowed outside the walls of the city for fear of hallucinogenic toxins in the air. When four star crossed lovers escape beyond the walls and into the beating sun, the things they will encounter there can only be explained as a Midsummer Night's Dream.

        4. Our most exciting project yet awaits as we embark on our first musical! We will be bringing to life the viral youtube musical by theatrical sensation Team Starkid all about how our ancestors discovered fire and all the joy and problems that come with it. Hysterical, heartfelt and a whole lot of fun, Firebringer is an exciting endeavor for us, and will be our first production aimed at older adolescents and adults (due to strong language and some slightly suggestive humor).
